its pretty funny now watching the s2000 getting its ass handed to itself on a silver platter. Even though it was outclassed it seriously got OWNED! It couldnt even fight the big boys off till the first turn. Thank you honda.

Youtube no go for me here at work

So the 135i actually put in a better time then the M3 in the 1/4? Not bad

Although the CR finished last it seems very obvious that a little HP and TQ boost in the S would get it competitive again

Come on Honda

Yeah I dont get it. Why did Honda not give the CR more tire? Little bugger's rear tires are as big as the other cars front tires.. That kind of mutes the curb weight advantage is has.. And we have all seen these things fit much more with out issue so why oh why did they stick with 215's in the front for this 'harcore' s2000?

ah well. The 135i is a slick car though.

The Z is just a regular Nismo Z not a 380 RS. when they show the stats it says 3.5 as in im guessing the motor size. and 313 Ps as for horsepower. The 380 RS uses 3.8 liter motor and around 350 PS.

Man those guys are dissing on Honda. They should run a Fit S we all know that would have laid down some Honduh smack down on those over priced so-called sports cars.

S2000 would only need an extra 20 PS to match the power to weight ratio of the 350Z, and presumably match its acceleration. If Honda were to give the S2000 just 40 PS more, I suspect they'd end up selling a LOT more of them. Out-accelerate an M3? Yeah, that'd get some people talking.

The Nismo Z has a serious handling upgrade, not the mamby-pamby CR upgrades.
