We all saw the BMW (woman) driver drive over a car when trying to park. Apparently the car run over was a Hyundai and the company stepped in to remedy the situation. All videos on the matter:

Yeah.. if by "step up" you mean that they would ensure that she's prosecuted for "Hit and Run" and gets her license suspended and if the car is leased, they immediately terminate her lease and prevent her from ever owning/driving a BMW again. Ever.
