I concur. They have the most "feel" out of every BMW built ever since. Asking prices are still in the high-teens to early 20's. I wouldnt mind fixing one up but have no time.

I love the rawness of the e30 M3 and I will admit that the 135i looks really good in blue.
E30 M3 is kickass, but i love the 135. i know a lot of people dont, but i think it looks great.

See which one is worth more in 10 years. As fancy and "new" and "advanced" as the I35 is, is its power to weight ratio that much better than an E30 M? The E30 was <2500lbs if I'm not mistaken.
I love the E30 M3. I was fortunate enough to have one as a daily driver for five years from new. I rate it as the best all around handling car I've ever owned (Evo, S2000, E36 M3, FD RX7). The E30 M3 doesn't have massive grip (wimpy 205/55-15 OEM tires), but balance and feel are superb.

E30 M3=sex.
Regular E30=blah.
Everytime I see one on the road, I have to pull up next to the driver and give a thumbs up because only true blue enthusiasts (with money) will bother maintaining one of those cars. Love the flares on that car.
