See which one is worth more in 10 years. As fancy and "new" and "advanced" as the I35 is, is its power to weight ratio that much better than an E30 M? The E30 was <2500lbs if I'm not mistaken.

It was a well kept E30 M3. Size-wise they are pretty close.

Not to my eye, the 135 might be short, but its not small... it dwarfs the E30 in just about every dimension and just looks portly.

That E30 is beautiful - back when BMW made some of its best stuff imo.

I'll take the e30 M3 love my steering feel and love fixing it up when the engine goes POP

I can always get another BMW any day of the week... E30 M3's not so much

I concur. They have the most "feel" out of every BMW built ever since. Asking prices are still in the high-teens to early 20's. I wouldnt mind fixing one up but have no time.
