Default A bit of S2000 bashing...

...from an almighty and far superior BMW owner.

The topic is about "hyper-colorish" paint, and somehow the "riceyness" got associated with S2000's.

Not only BMW owners, European car owners in general. When I had my s2000, the mentality behind most Euro car owners was to kill Honda. I took out e36's, modded VR6's, etc... my s2000 had all the boltons, clutch/flywheel, suspension, etc.. The s2000 definately got it's respect. Some of my friends younger siblings that had the kill honda mentality are rolling Evo's now... it's still japanese.

I really like the way that VW people with cars made in Brazil and Mexico and Slovakia talk about how their cars are superior because they are German. I suppose Honda should start making cars in Latvia so we can brag about our cars are made with superior Japanese assembly techniques.

Of course, it is highly possible that cars made in third world countries are every bit as reliable as those now made in Germany- which ain't saying much.
