I guess. From what i see. it looks easy
-Fenders aren't bacon... or cut. or aftermarket - NICE
-Coilovers - replace with something quality - sell the junk for junk price
-Hood (OEM style at least) - fitment appears ok - paint - decent
-aftermarket intake - remove - replace with OEM box (easily sourced)
-OEM exhaust
-OEM wheels
-OEM lights
-interior mostly intact - replace shift knob
-top - plastic window - replaceable/gut for hardtop - decent
-remove ap1 lip. remove spoiler thing.
-paint condition looks ok
sell all removed junk for junk prices.
pre-purchase inspection (compression test is standard). again, doesn't look permanent. i've seen much much worse. not "ruined" - would make a good candidate for conversion into a track vehicle. You can low ball based on all of that "junk", but it's all stuff you'd replace or modify anyway, so OEM and excellent condition not needed.
As for OP - I'm with these guys

I'm glad that so many people still like the car after all these years, but, man, I am sooooo over the s2000.

Did they actually make/modify these lips to fit AP2s? From what I've seen, the AP2 has a more rounded bottom where the lip sits.
Apparently this part doesn't fit on AP1s... why are they doing this? I don't get it

Just glad it's not slammed on 11" rims with 205 tires.
