With the Genesis Coupe, if you want straightline speed you can get a Mustang GT that's quicker and cheaper. If you want handling, you can get a base model 370Z that will still probably be significantly sportier and always faster anyways. Heck, an S2000 appears to be roughly as quick and a better handling car with a "street price" (brand new) about the same as the top-of-the-line Genesis Coupe V6.
It's the mod-friendly Genesis Coupe 2.0T that might be more noteworthy, due to the lower entry cost and high mod potential.
