The new Chevy Malibu is getting some good press and some journalists are stating its better than the new Accord. Thoughts? Which one do you think is better?

The Malibu definitely looks better than the droopy butt Accord sedan.

 

I like the malibu alot, nice looking car, but id BUY the accord.

 

The accord looks so much better in person, plus it has proven reliability (Its a honda.. cant go wrong).

 

Accord, there's a reason we've owned 4 of them.

 

The Malibu looks MUCH better. The new Accord looks like crap. I wouldn't be concerned with reliability, but I would be concerned with resale. The Accord's is stellar, and the Malibu's is unknown.

Not to bash american cars but I am still on the fence about the quality and over all reliability.

Because of Honda's renown for resale and reliability, three of the four judges noted they'd still buy the Accord over the second-place finisher. But, unfortunately for Honda, we can't score based on intangibles.

 

If I was buying one I would definitely go with the accord. Proven reliability and good resale value. Malibu will lose too much of its value compared to the accord.

accord should be in a different class now that it has gone up imo

 

Accord Coupe is sexy! The Sedan looks like a Benz (i forget the exact model) or BMW 5 series
