Is this the best year-around daily driver?

I like it a lot. Hell, when I drove the S4 I liked it a lot. That being said, since I live in Cali. & don't really need the AWD I'll wait for the new M3 to come out. $55K is pretty optimistic. let's hope.

Beautiful car, and the weight, even if it is under 4000lbs, does beg the question: what the heck are they putting in their 2nd smallest car that makes it weigh so much?
The only thing I don't like about this car is the carbon fiber details inside. I cannot stand carbon fiber anything....hoods, trim pieces, bodies, it all looks like @ss to me.

I'm not feelin the front end on the new Audi's.
The S40 Evolve looks promising, although I'm not sure what the deal is with this car(is Volvo going to sell it, or do you have Evolve tune it after you buy, etc).

Just that when you thought Chris Bangle has screwed up BMW's design so bad, you'd consider buying Audi for the "almost" Ultimate driving experience, then Audi screwed up the front end.
Have you noticed all the pictures of Audi's new models, they never use American license plate?
I know why, a co-worker of mine parks his new A6 in the parking lot. Let me tell you, the front with front licence plate looks hedious.
By any measure, I am a car guy. I love anything about cars, especially new ones.
First is BMW, then is Audi.......I can't take it anymore!
Thankfully, I still have my S.
