BBC Top Gear: Clarkson lied about the Tesla

As for the brake problem Tesla's comments seem a bit funny. TG says it had brake problems, Tesla says it was a fuse. Well if a fuse caused the brakes not to work I think it would be a valid statement to say there were issues with the brakes.
Actually Tesla is being coy about the sitation. A fuse was in fact involved; but bad engineering resulted in the problem. TG was not entirely forthcoming with the cause -- but they only stated what they knew.

The be all end all of the situation as any engineer who was there would state was that Tesla delivered a shit product and they got what they deserved.

I like Top Gear but I think 5th Gear would have done a better review? Is 5th Gear still being produced?

100% And if the brake problem had to do with regen, a fuse failure is a pretty big deal especially if that fuse is within the motor inverter..
