Chevy & Audi are at the polar opposites in regards to interior. Audi has arguably a superior interior to even MBZ or BMW, while Chevy has always had a spartan interior, even with the $10,000 upgraded interior I doubt it will be close to Audi's (especially the RS units).

isn't audi and porsche part of the same automotive group?? if so, then why would the audi tt-rs try to compete with the porsche cayman??

segmentation my friend. There will enough difference between the cars to where it will be clear to you, and everyone else, which of the two is more attractive.

Here's my guess:
Track performance/readiness, steering, heritage you buy the porsche

Interior, AWD, turbo you buy the audi

Same reason people who buy Cayman (non-S) don't buy standard TT's right now.

Why do a manual when their DSG box is so good. Arguably the best transmission/system out there right now...and faster.
