There's a lot of talk about rice, but how about crap stuck to cars that has absolutely no business being there?

This type of thing is not that uncommon in Minneapolis. In fact, there is a special contest/exhibit for them in my old neighborhood during an art fair. Anybody else see this in their city? Is it rare or common nation/worldwide?

Thought this thread was about something else.
BMW has in the past commisioned various artists to decorate their cars, known as the BMW Art Cars...
My favorite was the Calder:

There are a couple running around Ann Arbor, Michigan. They are the owner's daily drivers and the owners statement of sorts....I guess. One is covered in lizards and another has anything and everything on it, including a large fin on the top.
