Get a Boxster S...
The Audi will be too soft coming from an S2K.
The Porsche will be more comfy than the Honda but still retain good reflexes-balance.
The TT is a boring dive IMHO. Looks pretty, but as far as driving experience goes...bleah...feels like a big fat lazy pig.

I just moved to 08 z4 si roady, and I'm missing whiny engine noise and more exhilarating driving feel already.
And i can only imagine it being worse due to heavier weight.
But I sure like the way it pulls in any gear in low rpm.

Here's an old comparo on early versions
http://www.audiworld.com/news/01/tt_s2000/content.shtml
quote from the article:
All in all the TT is a fine car. Smooth, powerful, quiet and offers a comfortable ride for relaxed touring, profiling and general use. It is not a die-hard sports car, but is fun to drive none-the-less. The S2000 on the other hand is a car that was created for the single purpose of socially irresponsible driving, a dream car for the true enthusiast. After getting out of the S2000 every other car feels heavy, cumbersome, imprecise, untrustworthy and just plain less fun. It is the one car I desire for myself more than any other.

"The S2000 is a single-mindedly focused sports car. Don't like the black expanse of dash? Then this car isn't for you. Too small? Lose weight or suffer, but its not Honda's problem. Think the carpeting over the huge center tunnel is cheap? You're lucky there is any at all. "

I test drove both the 3.2 and the 2.0T when my GF was shopping for one.
The 3.2 is a great engine, and you'll love the creature comforts that the TT offers.
I disagree with the comment above saying less quality.
Audi has one of the best interior and overall finish/quality is top notch IMO.
TT is definitely heavier and you could actually feel it while you're driving. But that didn't bother me one bit. The car felt more planted during high speeds, and the cornering capability didn't seem too compromised.
Oh, and that exhaust growl is..
If you're not a hardcore track/twisties fan, I'd say go for it.

The new TTS is supposed to have 280hp or something like that, could be interesting...
Whilst a lovely little car, it's not an S2000. It's much comfier, more relaxed, a lot heavier. A good car, just not sporty like the S2000.
