drl's can be disabled by pulling a fuse I believe for people who don't like it.

I was wondering as I'm looking into an s now; is there not any rev hang with the 06+'s? I've driven other dbw hondas and the throttle hang was bad when shifting and it made the throttle response horrible. I heard they did the dbw also b/c of emmissions purposes.

What other changes are there? Is the weight the same? What is the difference in the stereo? Any different performance times reported for the new 06?

I was also looking at things and was thinking that the 06+ might just be the best b/c you can get flashpro for it; am I wrong? Would it be easier to get an earlier year and put a different tuning method on that?

Hondata just came out with flashpro ( $695) for the 2006+ S2000 because of the ability to reflash those ECU's, the perfect tuning solution. The vsa in the s2000 is very unobtrusive yet very effective.I would not own a car without stability control after having it.I had it in my C6 and 335i its a great safety feature.

If I have to take a GPW, an S is still an S .
That's one thing you won't have to settle for...

The GPW is always high in demand and seems to command a higher price. If you don't care for color, you'll probably end up with silverstone =]

reasons why i wish i got an 05
1. My dash looks like a christmas tree, VSA light, SRS, CHeck engine, another VSA
2. couldn't change passenger seat to match drivers due to no rail
3. exhaust i wanted didn't fit
4. no itb's because of DBW
5. had to modify intake
6. rev hang?

I like the 06. No complaints. VSA is welcome as a safety feature since it's easy to defeat whenever I want it gone.
