I would not pay a penny over $500 for that.

Haha 9.9 miles,

Drive it out of the show room and it'll roll over to 10+ and lose like 20 grand off its value.

And then once you trailer it home, you can never drive it, or else its worthless again.

Hardly a classic - that interior was dated in '87. A horrible investment considering the stock market has grown twice as fast, plus 20 years of storage/upkeep/tax costs.

That was the first car I ever totally lusted for. I think I would spend that much cash on one. And heck, these days you pretty much have to, if you want a clean original. Even regular Grand Nationals run in the $60-70k range if they're low mileage and very well-kept. I have a cousin that paid $30k for one many years ago that only had maybe 10-15k miles on it.

These cars will only cotinue to go up I think. As for not wanting to pay that much for such an old and less capable car, that pretty much holds true for any classic, including just about everything from the 60s and early 70s that isn't a total race car.

Remember that in 20 years when this car goes for $500k at auction. If I had $100k to blow for a vehicle investment, I would seriously consider this one.
