Anyone here with HID Kit experience?
I love the look of HIDs. No doubt.
So...I see that they sell these HID kits online...but I'm a bit skeptical. Has anyone on here tried a HID kit that they liked...?? Can vouch for??
Thanks!

Get a real projector system, oh say from the S2k or some other car, and retrofit it to your car. For more information and prices, visit HIDplanet.com.
I retrofitted Audi A6 bi-xenon projectors into my prelude and im more than happy with it.

Projectors will keep your car from blinding people in on coming traffic also.
putting in an HID system into a halogen reflector will scatter the strong HID lights all over the place.
I've tried it on 2 different cars(RSX-S, VW R32).
It looks pretty for sure, and it fools you to think that you have better visibility.
I'd recommend staying away from those products unless you have a projector that was designed for an HID system.
Hope this helps.

The last vehicles my company provided us were 07 Grand Cherokee's. I ordered a kit from www.xenondepot.com (an s2ki sponsor btw) for this vehicle, and was very impressed with the light output. In all respects, it was much better than the Infiniti's, Audi's, and S2000's i've had with HID's. Installation was very simple.
Good luck!

honestly I bought an HID kit off ebay (chinese brand I guess) for like 30 bucks. Works perfectly fine, if it blows out who cares? It was cheaper then a friggen silverstar bulb and is much brighter. I also use a relay system in case it does blow, it won't take the wiring with it
Best 30 bucks I've spent on any car period
