how about a 2017 or newer AMG CLA45 instead. Slightly cheaper, almost as fast and factory warranty. The 2014 did a 3.06 in the lightning lap and the 2017's have beefier diff and more power..... 12.3qtr for $39k with 12k miles...... all wheel drive... hauls people.....

i buy things without test drives so i figured id see if anyone here has owned either of these...... my buddy has a ****ing KIA Stinger and I need something faster....

I test drove a CLA250 while car shopping for my daughter. It's quite nice, I'm sure the AMG version would be alright. They're bigger inside than I was expecting, seemed bigger inside than the A3's we looked at.

RS3 is electronically limited to just 20 mph in reverse. Just thought you might like to know that.

Of course I completely made that up.

RS3 has a burbly 5 Cyl Turbo, not the same corporate boring generic 2.0T with IS38 that the S3/Golf R has.

The people that own them, love them. They run 10s pretty easily with bolt ons. I have a golf R and the RS3 seems to net similar mpg from what i have seen on the audi 8v/a3/s3/rs3/ttrs facebook group.

Looks great, specs are fantastic. They squeeze a lot of power out of a 2.5l motor, that might worry me for long term reliability but I don't have any info to suggest it isn't reliable. It looks like a great car, I like it.
