My cube-neighbor just bought a 2008 Ninja 250 with 10K miles for about $2K. Looks in great shape. Seating is between sports and standard. A couple of inches of bar rise over the seat but the pegs were a bit high. Needs more front damping too.

Oh, I'm sure most of you figure it is gutless, and you're right, but he's trading up from a 1980-ish Honda 125 that only had kickstart, lol. This is definitely the new hotness for him!
