The Boss Hoss isn't considered production either.

There's no law that you can't produce stuff w/ metric fasteners in the US! I have very few metric tools, so I'm glad to see H-D switching to metric.

My US-made Cannondale mountain bike has all metric fasteners..
And where is that Cannondale targeted to be primarily used?

No, there is no law that says you can't use Metric in the US. But in the Harley world, it's sacrilege and they didn't suddenly decide to use metric because it was hip and cool, they used metric because the majority of components are made overseas in metric countries.

Yes, the V-Rod is assembled in the US, but many of its components are not made in the US.

Just like Apple, they all say "Designed in Wherever, California. Assembled in Malaysia."

C'mon, the fact that you have it lowered alone (not to mention fwd. controls) means you won't get shit for lean angles.

I'm sure it's fast as hell in a straight line and beautiful, but if you really think it's fast, come out w/ me on a Hill Country ride sometime. If you can come close to hanging in the twisties, I'll give you made props on this thread!
LOL! did you see andrew hines time this last week or two......?

hint suzuki didnt win!

and yes it does have lean angle, go watch the movie then make a comment. was not designed to road race. but you need to see it on the track! Schumacher has a stable of them! listen to wat he sez about the bike....oh, maybe he doesnt know how to ride.....
