No, there is no law that says you can't use Metric in the US. But in the Harley world, it's sacrilege and they didn't suddenly decide to use metric because it was hip and cool, they used metric because the majority of components are made overseas in metric countries.
Yes, the V-Rod is assembled in the US, but many of its components are not made in the US.
Just like Apple, they all say "Designed in Wherever, California. Assembled in Malaysia."

and yes it does have lean angle, go watch the movie then make a comment. was not designed to road race. but you need to see it on the track! Schumacher has a stable of them! listen to wat he sez about the bike....oh, maybe he doesnt know how to ride.....
