You think that's crazy, try sitting fully upright on an 800 pound cruiser with 200 ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheel.

What cruiser makes that kind of tq.?

To the OP, I'm guessing you live in an area w/o many twisties, or don't like twisties? I hope that's the case, b/c I'd hate to have the turbo come on boost while I'm leaned over in a corner.

Turbos are fine for drag racing and top speed pursuits on closed courses, but most liter bikes already border on too much power in the real world of cops, traffic congestion, inattentive drivers, oil & gravel, etc.

I've ridden a stock 'Busa, and it was so fast in a straight line that it felt almost like virtual reality. Then I got on a twisty road w/ lots of elevation change, and I couldn't wait to get off and back on the R6 I had at the time.

Good luck, and be safe w/ that bike. Try not to hit any turds on the road!

The V-Rod is the only modern (if you can call most newer Harleys "modern") Harley I have any respect for, but they didn't build it so maybe that's why.

If I ever got a turbo bike, I'd want a boosted r1... the busa feels like a bus to me. (the size not speed)

Edit: and the fact that most people who dont know about bikes automatically want one if they get a bike.

Porsche engineered the engine. but Harley still builds the bike.

The V-Rods are some of my favorite cruisers - I'd especially love to own a Street Rod.
