Primary concerns are reliability, easy maintenance and luxury. I think A4 is a real solid choice.
I was lookin at Volvo s80's but they seem to have quite reliability issues..
Many people told me that they A4 also have reliability issues as well..
My other interest is in 2000 Accord v6 coupe..
Thoughts?

I heard the 2000 generation A4 wasn't the most reliable car. High maintence and repair costs like all luxury cars. It looks pretty ugly too. The 2003 is much much nicer, but still isn't that great. I think with your price range, you should be looking into practical and reliable than luxury.

An Accord makes a lot more sense to me.

I had a 2001 A4 1.8t and it was by far the worst car I have owned. Problems all the time. Luckily I had the 4 yr/50k warranty at the time but taking your car into the dealership every 2mths to have something fixed wears you down pretty quickly. I found it to be a good looking car and relatively fun to drive but that means nothing when its constantly broken. The second my warranty ended I traded it in for an 04 GTI and havent looked back since.
Just my .02, hope that helps

The A4 is a great car but it is certainly not reliable (by Japanese car standards) nor is it cheap to maintain (unless you're a mechanic and can do a lot of work yourself). The Quattro system, while very good, is extremely expensive to repair, for example, if there's a problem. A buddy's 2002 2.8 Quattro had to have the tranny replaced twice in 50,000 miles. Both times the "bill" (it was covered by warranty) was more than $8,000.
The Accord V6 is a much better choice given what you say you're looking for.
