There are a number of manufacturers that allow for OEM power mods that do not invalidate the manufacturer's warranty. Cars like the Solstice got higher-boost ECUs, BMW has higher-boost ECUs for their 3-Series, etc, etc, without changing the warranty. Heck, Toyota fully warranties vehicles with its TRD supercharger package as well if they're installed at the dealership.

Funny, people dont seem to talk about warranties or will this internal or that diff handle the power when they talk about supercharging s2000s.
In any rate, crazy power and that is quite the bargain, but I wanna see some numbers. As power goes passed the 400hp mark, time returns diminish.

There are very few reasons NOT to buy a mustang. Ford has done a incredible job at improving all my criticisms without losing the raw power that made the mustang great. Better build quality, handling, gas mileage, and a 6 speed. However that being said, i always avoid the first couple of years on a model redesign. I would wait it out to see how these cars hold up reliability wise the first couple of years before i would pull the trigger.
I hate to think what will happen when these cars become affordable to the stereotype teenage stoplight warrior (who barely knows how to shift and suddenly thinks he is earnhardt.)

So for roughly $40K you get a 600+hp pony car...hard to beat.
