You need to be more accurate with your information.
There are reports of 2003s having the same problem.
Also, the rod bearing problem affected all M3s with a build date of 10/01-2/02

Dear god. Does everything have to turn into some sort of analytical argument? I was merely expressing my new-found passion for the M series, and wanted to know what you guys felt. I didn't want cold, hard data, just what you felt in your gut, heart, right hand and foot!
