the IS250 has an equally anemic engine (i checked--204hp), but at least it looks like a luxury car and you have the option of putting some power in it. the acura.... you must just buy the exterior appearance package by buying another car. i guess the TL is basically the IS350 equivalent, but still...
how much does a base 3 series or a4 go for?
actually forget all that, why don't we just get a fully loaded 4 cylinder accord... bigger car too
probably could be had for less too

The looks are growing on me, and the horsepower isn't an issue to me. Any more horsepower and there is always the chance of torque steer. I would redo the grill though. Besides it has as much horsepower as my current daily driver, and my S is my fun machine.
The chrome look surround is too bright in my opinion. Although it looks like the MDX grill, in my opinion that's the weakest part of the MDX. It looks no better on the TSX. I think that if some one came up with an aftermarket grill insert (maybe a matt black or brushed metal wire mesh grill) with a chrome surround it would look better. The door handles would look better if they were painted. Only Bentley and Rolls (but the Phantom is still one of the ugliest cars on the road today) in my opinion have pulled off chrome door handles convincingly
I might also switch out the wheels too--a pattern like on my 2007 S perhaps? I think the wheel-tire combination could use a rethink too. A larger set of tires and wheels would fill up the wheel wells. This, along with dropping the car just a touch, would give it less of an appearance like it is on it's tippy-toes.

Acura as a whole is lost
the only car worth owning now is the TL-Type-S and God hope they don't eff up the next gen due out in the Fall.
This thing look like an Accord that was hit buy an ugly stick ...again....and again and again
This is what it should have been K24 turbo with SH-AWD

I drove it a few weeks ago, it handles VERY well IMO. the grill has gotta go IMO, but you guys will love it if you drive it. I'll post more info when Acura lets us but it looks 1000x better inperson.

Design team needs to be fired period.
Wtf is that monster. If you show the previous gen TSX with this one to a person who knows nothing about Acura, he'd say the previous TSX is the new one.

Not feelin it. I hope it's better in person.
That's what I've always thought.
Even if they didn't want to go that route, fine... keep it naturally aspirated, and don't make it bigger, why not go the other way and shed a few pounds off the thing.

Isn't the G35 in this price range? At $33k, its much more car for the money, and rwd to boot, so you don't have to worry abut torque steer. Acura is about the last thing I think of when I think of sports sedans, and when it comes to luxo-cars, its down there too.
