You're definitely ahead of the game. The Labree is great for a daily - definitely more aggressive than stock but not really intrusive in the cabin. Sounds killer @ 7000rpm.
I didn't realize that Honda was so inflexible. GL on your search.

I do have the resonated version. No droning. At first I was disappointed with the sound - a little too subdued. Over time I've come to think it's just about right though. If this were a weekend only car I'd definitely do the non-res version.
I won't be going with downpipes - my service advisor is fine with a catback and coilovers but isn't too keen on downpipes with respect to maintaining the warranty.

Beautiful car, liq! One of the nicest all-round DDs you can get, I think.

You can get a nice '05 for mid-high 30s now. Mine was a CPO with 14K miles. Not a scratch and a very clean service record. CPO gives you an additional 2 years and 50K miles on top of the 4/50 warranty.
Audi had 2.9% financing at the time as well. I'm happy as can be with the car aside from the lousy gas mileage and small gas tank.
JonBoy - How's Texas? It's a big change from Newfoundland! I think you're right - as a daily it's just killer.

kumar,
Look at the leasetrader sites to try and get out of your lease. They have options to get you out of your Honda lease. It's at least an option.
Good luck with your search.
