Default Acura F'ed up!!!

Honda was stupid for making the TSX with only a 200 hp 4 cylinder engine then turing around and making the Accord with 240 hp 6 cylinder that's $4000 cheaper. I was like WTF!!! This makes no sense. the TSX should be the same price with a 260 hp V6. I would love to have one of those babies. But then the TL would have to be bumped up to 300 hp and then the RL wouldn't sell and the NSX's engine wouldn't get any more props. See, that's what honda gets for making their upper end cars so sorry.

Have you tried driving the Accord V6 and TSX back to back, rather than fixate on the horsepower numbers?

Along the same lines and equally questionable...

VW made an all-wheel Passat which was way cheaper than their Audi equivalent. A person would wonder why the company would make the same product and cannibalize their higher end Audi sales when someone can buy the VW for cheaper.

But it's an Audi, right?

I've driven both and would take the Accord V6 coupe over the TSX. The TSX is more nimble, but it was still "weak" in comparison to it's main competitors, the IS300 and BMW 325i. I love the way the car looks though.

And to make it so bad, you know that they know that they messed up because they were already talking about a possible V6 the first month the car was released.

I visited the Acura dealer yesterday to check out the TL. Looks like decent value compared to the competition - I like it for a cruiser and the interior is very nice - FWD would prevent me from owning it as my only car though. TSX? I'd rather drive an STi.

hehe... I don't think it's the nicest car on the planet - but I think it looks a bit better than most Pontiacs!

I don't like the nose very much though...
