Just one thing - the Ford Ranger, awesome? Absolutely not. I owned one. It was a pile of Ford turds.

I think the CTS Vagon is the best example of a hipo wagon.
I would love to find one in 6MT for a reasonable price, but theat is like finding a low mile GPW S2K for a reasonable price...just not gonna happen

I'd take a Ford GT over pretty much any car , they look so much better in person as compared to pictures. Red with white stripes looks pretty sweet.

The ranger needs to come back, it would sell like crazy. F150's are so huge now the are useless for the typical home owner that wants to haul mulch or tow a fishing boat.
I had a 1991 Mitsubishi Mighty Max that was absolutely perfect for me, and I miss it. I replaced it with an Explorer, but I always hesitated throwing bags of dirt and mulch on the carpet knowing I'd have to vacuum it out. The explorer has since been replaced with a Caddy SRX as the baby hauler. I want my pick-em-up truck back.

We tend to think Americans have small dick syndrome and can't deal with a smaller truck. Rarely do I even see someone towing anything with their big truck, hardly ever, only around the lakes.
Even Honda, who could have capitalized on a Ranger sized Honda truck, made the Ridgeline (I owned one and liked it).
Smaller trucks would mean smaller MSRP, and I think that is the biggest factor. Detroit makes a killing selling large trucks and they've only gotten bigger over the years.
