That was pretty darn close. Am I missing something though? If the truck was propane injected, why the heck was it pouring black smoke? I'm no drag racer so I guess I don't understand...

The black smoke is because that truck is a diesel.

Right. But the video says it's propane injected. Last I was around a propane-powered vehicle, the exhaust was essentially clear. That's why I'm asking which is it. It could be that the guy with the truck was using diesel for the race, but then why even mention propane?

Most of the time, the diesel guys use propane just like nitrous. He isnt running on propane, just using it for the extra boost.
