When I speak of two different cars I tend to throw in the disclaimer that I'm putting the initial cost aside.

The Z06 still stands as the best performance deal in terms of new cars. You won't hear me complain about it lacking anything. We'll just have to see how the GTR comes out.

Well, I assume the Blue Devil will be a bunch closer to GT3 price territory. You're right that I will not be cross-shopping a GT3 against the Z06. That $50K really is a bunch of loot. But get down to $20K or less gap (both >$100K) and they are worth cross-shopping.

Looks like a drive-train and new brake package mule:

The guy who took the pictures claims to have done some smoky burnouts in the car!! I guess he doesn't like his business anymore. His company ships a lot of manufacturer's cars out of Michigan to Germany...OOOOPSSS!!

[QUOTE=lyndon_h,Feb 21 2007, 07:11 PM] Most people will never purchase a $50k car, much less a will honestly consider purchasing a 70k or 120k car.

So no one has any comments on the SS mule? Ceramic Brakes? Heat Exchanger mounted on the engine?

thats actually not a heat exchanger. it is the intake plenum. the blower is mounted beneath that in the valley between the heads...see where the intake tube comes in below the plenum.

picture a standard roots blower/intake plenum and then flip it over.
