just got back from driving it. Pulled up next to a Murcielago on the 405. Some big black guy was driving it, probably a baller or somethin but i didn't look enough to see who. Anyhow i threw it down to 4th, spun the tires and rocketed off

offroadr35,

How do I find out more about this upgrade? I like to know more details and see the dyno graph if possible.

Thanks!

this is not my car but it is a car with almost the identical mods (different exhaust). Do you own a 996TT? If so Stephen at www.imagineauto.com is the guy to talk to. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I'll be happy to answer any other questions.

EDIT: notice how broad the powerband is

So, your car and the car on the dyno sheet had the $15450 Stage IV kit including the GT1 turbo and all the goodies listed, or do you just have the ECU programming of Stage IV?

I don't have the car, but I "take care" of my friend's cars...including Lambo, F50, Porsches...so on...and Enzo coming soon.

Thanks for the info!

those turbos are standard on the GT2 or on TT's with the X50 package. The dyno is actually Stephen's car. I did not get the kit from him, rather i pieced the parts together myself but yes it is all the same or similar parts minus the headers. He found that the stock headers are actually perfectly fine and until over 600rwhp there is no benefit to aftermarket headers.

Ok, you need to come to Irvine and give me a ride. I KNOW you can get here fast enough .

I mean, since GIAC is in Irvine and all .

I see a race in the future between your GT2 and the 650+ rwhp 996 Turbo up north, if you know who I'm talking about.
