wow, 14.7 in your pretty much bone stock gs-r! I've seen a 99 bone stock base model prelude run 14.9! Um....oh yea, and my turbo H22A i owned before snatching up an S2k ran 13.1 on 18s, full stereo, and interior. Sure, the integra has a better aftermarket, but in all aspects, the prelude still beats out the gs-r.
