I think Infiniti took the M up a few notches in the sport department. Most reviews are finding it pretty rough. The quirky interior is nicely appointed but a bit strange to look at. I felt like I was inside a magic lamp.
Can't wait to read this article. Found out that:
1. A6
2. M37
3. 5 series
Wonder why no E class?

I was disappointed. It was too short!

I'm so confused on BMWs lately. Is the 5-series a really good buy because the 7-series sucks? Or is the 5-series a stupid buy because the 3-series is creeping up to it? Especially when I see something like a 528i or 530i I just sit and think "Why?"

My 6-Series might be my last BMW for awhile... I think they need to sort some things out. Though I will say, that new concept--what looks to amount to a 4-door 6 Series (Panamera competition, I'm sure) looks pretty hot.

Why do I need an 8-speed automatic transmission in a Z4?
I've read several times (and agree) that more s2ks would have been sold if there was an automatic option.
I forgot where I read this (car and driver? s2k car talk?) but someone was speculating that BMW is trying to differentiate their M model that much more.
Meaning, make everything soft and cushy and you have the M line for the enthusiasts.
If its true that Infiniti trying to be the what the old Bimmers were, to them. They've definitely caught up to, if not exceeded , the BMW styling and performance. Now its just the driving feel which they seem to have exceeded BMW in.

The same reason miatas come with an automatic? Broader appeal.
