a 91 RX-7 is a second gen. People swap v8's into RX-7s to take advantage of the big engine bay on a light rwd car. Would I do it?! Hell no! But there are plenty of FCs around here with LS1s, LT1s.

I had a 914 porsche with a great sounding 350 small block. Had that cam gear whine.....yummy.
unfort for me the 914 only had a stock transaxle and 195/60/15 tires..... so 300+hp just made it seem like a ticking bomb.
I loved the sound and it went from 40-100mph about 2 seconds faster than my Cobra Musang did.
