4-Door S2000 Equivalent
Are there any sedans available that can provide a similar experience to an S2000? What do you think is the closest available, current models or not? I was trying to think of something comparable that could be used to haul 4 people around and came up pretty much empty handed.

Agree that the RX-8 is a great choice. In a totally different vein, the E30 M3 is also conceptually rather similar to the S2000 -- high-revving four cylinder engine, relatively light, lacking in many creature comforts.

I didn't think of that, how is the back seat in those? Are they tight for adults?

e36 m3 sedan. not exactly the same experience as an s2k, but it's probably one of the most thrilling sedans ever produced. other candidates would be the EVO and STI.

I was going to say RX-8 also but it's not a true 4-door.
Mahapse the 4-door Si woudl be the ticket?
[QUOTE]The Si sedan was shown in concept form on Wednesday at the Chicago Auto Show. It is the first time a Civic sedan has worn the Si badge.
The Si sedan gets the same powertrain as the coupe

Redline, power delivery, and parent company. You name it.
I would think the Si 4door will have better back seat space than the rx8.
Also you won't be burning oil.
K series is strong, the car is expected to have a good long term reliability outlook.
