I'm saying 350z if you guys are both the same. But the higher the speed it goes the more the 350z has the advantage.

Not in autoX, the S2000 walks all over the 350Z around cones. This is fact.

In terms of straight line speed (1/4 mile?) it is pretty close within a few tenths either way. In any case, who gives a crap since there is nothing more boring than driving a high 13 second/low 14 second car down the dragstrip. It's really almost as bad as racing 15/16 second civics/integra, I mean who really cares?

On the track, not sure, I have been passed by some seriously fast 350z and S2000. I'm pretty sure most magazine test articles would show the s2000 is a bit faster than the 350Z (probably in part since there is a ~500 lbs weight difference).

I happen to have tested this theory from a standstill at a traffic light. He had a 350Z coupe. I stayed in front up to 80mph, but not by a whole lot, and at that point we both backed off, as we were entering a notorious revenue collection area (45mph zone when everyone cruises at 70mph).

Toss up. The 350Z probably requires less driver skill to drive fast without getting yourself in trouble. Staright line it's about even too but keep in mind that the Honda is a 4 and the 350Z a six. Pretty amazing that the Honda is even in the hunt!

i would have to agree the geo metro does beat all
