30k for a new car....and Im biased...
Since I've been posted on other threads...I need a ride badly!
I sold my s2k last week and I need a 4-seater.
well...my budget is around 30k, so dont say "save $ and get a m3!"
1) Acura TSX - nav, aero kit
2) Audi A4 1.8T Quattro - no nav
2) BMW 325ci - no nav
3) Honda Accord EX-V6 Coupe - nav, aero kit
4) Infiniti G35 Coupe - no nav, aero kit
5) Mazda RX-8 - full options w/o nav
Are there other cars I have to think about?
No EVO and STi for me....sorry.

those are all decent cars for the money. i don't think anyone can really choose for you cuz it's really a personal preference. if you are looking for something with exceptional performance that is more at par with the s2000, then the rx8 is your answer--they are both light and nimble and revs to 9000rpm. otherwise, if it was my choice, i'd get the g35 coupe. that car is fast, handles well, looks good and is comfortable. i also would not consider the accord coupe cuz for a few thousands more you can get the g35 coupe which is better in every way. as for the tsx, i think it's a great looking car with adequate performance and amenities, and would be the best bang for the buck if it only was RWD. i personally would spend a little more and get the is300 which DOES have RWD and optional LSD. the 325ci and 1.8T Quattro are both beautiful cars and being german luxury cars make them that much more desirable to own. the problem with those two car is that the bmw 2.5 inline-6 and the audi 1.8t engines lack power in stock form and are not very rewarding to drive (i.e. they are slow and boring). get either one if having an audi/bmw means more to you than anything else. otherwise, you should either increase your budget and get a 330ci/3.0 Quattro or opt for one of the japanese cars you have on your list.

If your biased then I'd recommend the Accord V6 Coupe. It gives good gas milage, decent power, and a nice overall package. I would say go with the TSX, but I'm not sure if speed is a priority for you. To me the TSX looks better than the accord inside and out. Only problem is that it's slow.
Personally, I'd take the G35 Coupe without thinking twice about it.

If you are looking for the scales to be tipped more towards the performance side, I would say go for the G35. If you are looking for more luxury I would say the TSX. I've driven both and love them both for different reasons. The NAV system in the TSX is soh-weeeet!!

First of all if money is a concern at all I think the Nav system is the single biggest waste of money. For $2000 price you can buy a nice used miata for a toy car. Why is the Nav system such a big deal to anyone? I can see if money was not a priority, but you are excluding a 330i because it's too much money
My advice take it or not:
The 325i is a waste of money, the 3.0 is the only engine to get in a 3 series (non-M). The cost is a few thousand more, but you also get more standard features and a higher resale. The 2.5L is only for people who don't care a bit about performance. I drove a 325i and could never be happy with it's performance. BTW the 330i can be ordered with a sport option that actually raises the hp and TQ of the 3.0L and has a suspension set up of the M3.
G35 coupe is a poor mans 330Ci. It's a great car and for the money probably the best coupe on the market.
RX-8 also great for the money.
I don't know why you didn't mention the EVO or the STI.
Basically all the cars you mentioned are great and have their pros and cons. The only car I'd strongly recommend against is the 325i, if you get a 3 series the 3.0 is mandatory IMO.
The TSX over the A4 1.8 (IMO) unless you really want AWD. If AWD is desired EVO is my pick for around $30K
