The wing on the Porsche-991-GT3-RS and 2012 Lexus LFA look out of place on the car. The other cars are what the juvenile attempts are aspiring to look like. I don't feel it "improves" the McLaren's look either. There are a few F1's around Boston and none have that wing.

I don't mind wings on serious performance cars because they are almost always completely functional. What I do have a problem with is wings installed aftermarket for purely cosmetic reasons - you've seen the cars.
Try taking off a wing from a car that was designed to utilize it and you'll find out just what a mistake that was.

My car has wing on it but it's functional and doesn't stick out much.

The wing on the 2016 ACR makes the wings on the above cars look tame in comparison, but keeping in mind it is an 8.4 liter V10 ~650 hp beast running 355 R-Compound Tires, nothing much is subtle on that car. And the McLaren actually looks better to me with the wing than without, the only car I'd rather see without a wing of the bunch is the LFA.
Big wings for "bling" factor and nothing else though on non-performance cars..

Looks like an awesome TRACK car. However, how many of the people interested in this car are comfortable taking it to the track, wrt to both finance and track competence? For me if I were to pay this much money, I'd want something that I can drive more often on the street without worrying too much about it. I mean, you really can't have a relaxing dinner at a restaurant knowing this beast is parked out front. Same with going for a weekend cruise with your girlfriend/wife. And forget about driving it to work. As for taking it on the roadcourse, my ability is so far below the car's capability that I'd be afraid to damage it, and what fun would it be if the car is only putting around the track? In the end, it's a first world's problem.
