No the extreme aero is not available on any viper right now. We cannot order a viper and wait until the aero is available. It just doesn't show up in our system yet unfortunately.
Sorry it is a little confusing with the way you can order a viper now.
So basically you can order a standard ACR viper and it comes equipped with everything (and a few options like extreme aero) and a set number of colors that are factory colors.
Since they have the GTC(GT custom) One of One program available now you can custom build a viper just the way you want. They only allow one of a certain color combination to be built so that you truly have a unique car hence the one of one name of the program. It costs more money than the regular vipers but you can choose the paint and stripes from 8000 different colors. They offer the ACR package on the GTC which comes with everything but the carbon brakes(optional). Once you pick a color they send you a "speed form" of the viper which is like a little model painted in the color so you can verify that is the color you want.

Tl;dr can't get an extreme aero car in one of one. Doesn't matter to me in the slightest.

I would agree, in that you'd be babying it over bumps, up steep inclines/down inclines, inching into parking spots that have stoppers, and anything else that might damage that very expensive looking front spoiler. Even the folks who understand the aerodynamic functions of all the parts would start wondering why bring it around town, maybe thinking "if dude has the $$$ for that, why not drop some chump change on a 328 or something to get around town?"

It does not, that would add a lot of weight somewhere you don't want to add a lot of weight. The front splitter is removable.
