Dem's fightin words! Not really, they have almost identical power to weight ratio and the Z28 is significantly more expensive...

October seems so far away... but those magazines usually come out what a full month before their issue date?

Z28 has way better rubber, though, and a race-style suspension. It SHOULD be faster.

What I want to know is how many cars will be faster than the Viper. Probably all of them, including the Prius.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. I would only expect the Prius Time Attack version to be faster.
