With that short wheelbase you will almost never put its power to the ground, it will constantly be electronically castrated in one way or another, but I'm sure Clarkson will love it because it will slide around the track and he'll be able to make a bunch of goofy faces into the camera.

I'm not a fan of the styling. The snout of the car looks out of proportion and way too big. Looks stupid to me

The road presence of that thing totally is s2000 roadh presence'ish. Wide stance (for a convert), gorgeous lines, looks like it will be amazing on the road, Mercedes torque...
vs
I totally see similar vibes (while of course, different styling) but in the same sort of.. elegant-manly kind of way. Me gusta.

Reminds me of the SLS AMG, except I agree the sideview is similar to a V8 Vantage.
It looks so nice, but I wouldn't want it just because I'm a manual transmission lover. I can't imagine owning a sportscar with an automatic. Seems to defeat the purpose of it being a sports car, but I suppose this is more of a cruiser.

The Caddy didn't sell at all. I would think this car will sell ok, but probably to it's target audience of rich daddy's girl. Caddy, while they are trying to appeal to an older audience hasn't captured much of them. Their SLR never found that, older set wanting a convertible niche that MBZ seems to have gotten with the SL.
