I've never been a fan of any post E92 BMW's looks wise. Were it not for the higher price and premise that the M3 is and always has been the "better car," lots of those opinions would change (give people two wines, one cheap and one expensive and reverse their price tags and the majority will say the more expensive one tastes better- same idea).

Yeah, I said it. One person thinks the Mustang looks better than an M3. BFD.

Simply put, the E92 M3 has way too much going on. It's bumper styling creates an imbalance of proportion. I never said the 3 was a bad looking car, in fact, I think the simpler lines on the 335i are much more pleasing.

Strictly from a design standpoint the Mustang is great (minus the taillights). The M3 is a little... cheesy and overdone. The Sedan of course is much more conservative.
How is it cheesy and overdone? It is no more so than the E46. All of the same elements are there + the carbon fiber roof. Flared fenders, quads with bumper treatment, bump on the hood, etc.

I wouldn't say the Mustang looks better than the M3. You can start with the sheetmetal of the cars. It just look like its made of different quality as well. For example, look at the sheet metal of a Focus and a Lexus. The lexus looks harder and pouts more. Same deal with the BMW.

You and Exboost are smoking the same stuff. The imported sh!t.

Oh no. I'm not going taking this thread down that road. Let me clarify quickly. I mean in terms of their agenda and their current portfolio. They are aggressive in terms of the amount of good looking, performing, efficient, decently priced cars. Explorer, Edge, Fusion, Fiesta, Mustang, etc. etc. Its really too much to list and that is a good thing IMO. They believe its okay for a 40mpg Fiesta to share the floor with a ass-kicking 550hp Shelby GT500. I respect that. They are moving for the better. They are one of my favorite car companies that mass produce cars. Thats all.
Ah, I understand now! I wholeheartedly agree. Too bad nobody worth a damn at Honda seems to see it this way.

They can't be bothered. Too busy making money. Other manufacturers are successfully planting seeds in the minds/hearts of the new consumer.

And you're right, mine is imported.
LOL. Makes sense now.

@Wolfpack, i dont think they're shiba. It looks close though. Maybe a husky mix. I wanted one a long time ago. I didn't know anybody else knew what they were.

I love my Shiba. Got him when I lived in NYC. Coincidentally a married couple just moved in across the street and they have 3 shibas. I definitely think their popularity is on the rise.

Wolfpack- yea they're mine... and yes, they're Shiba Inus. My girl (black) has pretty unusual markings. They're both pure bred/AKC reg.

Sorry, Barry - You're wrong twice in a row! Those are Shibas and the E46 M3 looks better than the E92! J/K
