Wow, that rivals the Pontiac Aztek, and IMHO, the Aztek at least looked kinda cool. What the f*** is up with that line? It doesn't follow down the whole car, just the rear quarter. Did the ruler run out?

As usual, epic fail for Honda. The only people who think this looks better than the Sienna, or genital herpes, are blind.

Is Honda just taking the ugly stick to everything?

The current model is more handsome. I may need a more functional vehicle in the future for my new hobby (kayaking) and a serious contender for me is the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'll start a thread for it.

It looks like they welded on the back end.

I'd have to see it in person to see if it's really that bad, but honestly... if I was in the market for a minivan, I wouldn't let that keep me from buying it. Let's face it, no matter what Toyota says about their SwaggerWagon... minivans will never be cool. Functionally, this Odyssey sounds like a great vehicle.

Edit: On second look... I don't think it's the "lightning bolt" feature that makes the rear quarter look bad. I think it's the line where the door rail is. If there was some way to fill/cover that while the door was closed, I think it might actually look really nice. Somebody photoshop the rear 3/4 view and fill in that gap, and see what you think about it then. I suspect it'll make a big difference.

Our 03 is OK, I like the 05-10 body style the best. this one looks kind of Quasimodo-ish

Another disappointment from Honda. FIRE YOUR DESIGNERS. Holy crap, talk about slapping it together.
