^Yep. Try Googling 2010 HPFP.

Also, as I'm sure you know, the N54 is used in the 1 and 5 series as well, and there have been failures in those MY2010s.

Hot damn. It is very ridiculous IMO. I'm also wondering what month those MY2010 builds occurred in as well. I know up until 09 they were having that prob. They issued a 10yr warranty on that specific part until they come up with a more formal/durable fix.
