Doesn't come with a manual transmission, so it's off my shopping list.

I'm still amazed how they're selling essentially a detuned EVO. From what I gather, all you need is reflash and you basically have an EVO. At least with the wrx and sti, the sti had a bigger engine with a better turbo, but the ralliart and evo will basically have the same engine, one i imagine will run less boost.
There's gotta be something else, like a inferior turbo, inferior mivec, something. I'm sure they didnt just turn down the boost and tune accordingly.

The Evo still has different turbo and cams. I'm guessing the Ralliart turbo won't make as much boost as the Evo turbo, so Ralliart gains from exhaust upgrade, reflash, etc. won't be as great as with the Evo. Also, Ralliart does not have Brembo's or Active Yaw Control.

Tires: 215/45R18

what a joke. It doesnt have the fender flares/bulges of the evox and no brembos. I doubt they'll leave the Recaro's in for production.

Well, the WRX only has 205/50R17 tires.

The Recaro's are optional.

The X has aluminum suspension arms, aluminum roof, hood, trunk, and body panels. The X also has the S-AWD, S-AYC, and AWC. The ralliart is basically getting last years ACD with front and rear mechanical diffs. The X will still have the stiffer and more capable chassis. The X also has the ability to house much wider rubber. Current X owners are already running 275 wide tires on 17/18x10 without any fender mods needed.

^ 275s without any fender mod?! damn thats pretty crazy. i think the ralliart will do well. a lot of ppl will see it as a detuned evo and aftermarket parts will be flowing out like nothing.
