LOL!!! I seriously doubt they'll all be sold...
Well...wait a minute...
The first 500 will be stolen and the second batch of 500 will be bought by the insurance companies...
So, yeah...I guess they will sell 'em all.

i met a kid the other day who had just bought one of these, and let me tell you, they are very entertaining and attractive little cars, definately a collectors item though....at the same time, this kid was telling me about how he was swapping out the wheels for some volks
I think the price is definately intended to differentiate between buyer demographics..just my two cents tho

the guy who bought ours had never even heard of Mugen just thought it was a cool looking car and bought it. I guess that is good for Honda and Mugen if that sold it for this guy

It's 29500, the new EVO is at 34K.
It has an upgraded suspension, bodykit, exhaust, rims, wing, and shift knob.
So let's do the math, suspension (shocks and springs) what.. 500-1000 bucks, bodykit 1000 (generic pricing, if it were a JDM mugen it'd probably be more) plus installation and paint, exhaust 1000 bucks, rims 1000 bucks, wing 500 bucks painted, and a 50 dollar shift knob. So we're looking at 4500 bucks without install/paint on the kit and we all know how much mugen parts tend to go for. SI sedan with navi is 23060 which brings us to 27560, leaving about 1940 which should just about cover the installation and paint for the body kit. And again, my parts estimate for Mugen is conservative. Oh yeah, and Civic owners never install an upgraded the suspension, bodykit, wing, rims, exhaust and shift knob right?
Would I buy it? HA, but the car is worth the sum of its parts, and a lot people on these boards are guilty for the same kinda thing, only difference is that you don't get hit with the sum in the beginning.
Sad thing is that once this car hits the streets, they're going to be target #1.
