They keep updating these models and it seems to be causing fast depreciation on the previous models. Is there any point in doing this so often?

Any update on their hybrid Altima option?

From what I heard a year ago, the electric motor is supposed to be 100+ hp... that is more than any Toyota hybrid that ever came out (90 hp on their Hylander/RX).

What the HELL did they do to the Altima You could mistake it for a maxima from the front, and my mind goes blank when i look at the rear

The Altima looks OK but the tail lights need to go! Those weren't a good idea the first time around and they are really outdated this time!

I think this redesign for the Maxima looks good and certainly makes the car better looking. The new Altima

Looks like they finally got the interior of the Altima right. Only took them what... 3 tries on the current generation?

The Altima's headlights have been ripped from the 350z. Amazing.

I guess I'd say, as a Nissan fan, these updates are not enough. There needs to be more. I'm not sure what has changed mechanically; perhaps that will change my mind a bit.

The interiors are definitely better now, but I was hoping for more revolutionary exteriors.
