I like it.

I saw a dealer take one out at dusk with the lights on.

The car looks and sounds amazing in motion.

I do agree the GS looks cleaner but Infiniti is putting a lot into their package to compete.

I checked this car out at the NY Auto Show, the wood grain felt like one of those cheap-o wallpaper that looks like wood finishes and I can't get past that Nissan uses hard plastics in virtually all of their cars. It just feels cheap. Feel the inside portion of the doors on an Infiniti and feel the inside portion of the doors on even an S2000, the S2000 uses a soft feeling vinyl which in my opinion is nice, the Nissans all use a hard plastic which feels like its cheap and comes straight from their Sentra. Just my opinion.

I do like the way the exterior of the M45 looks although I'm not 100% sold on the functionality of the "iDrive" like dashboard. I guess I'd have to try it to find out if I liked it.

Saw one in person the other day in traffic, looks amazing. I definitely prefer the M45 over the RL, but its a toss up b/w this and the new GS.

I like it a lot. Not sure if I like it more than a GS but it should be significantly faster and sportier. I don't mind the interior, though I hope that's aluminum (and not painted plastic) on the dash. The older G35 had painted plastic on the center console and I hated it. The new ones have aluminum and it's much nicer.

Jason B - are you in Dallas? That looks like Grubbs Infiniti over on I-183 near Euless.

very nice, but a touchscreen LCD would eliminate a lot of those buttons.

It's real aluminum, and you don't have to get the wood option. If you do get the wood it's the new matte finish, ala, new Range Rover.

Some of those pics are from Dallas, but I didn't take them.

I like the aluminum finish in the interior - much nicer (and fresher) than a lot of "traditional" designs in the market today. I'm glad it's actually real aluminum - it probably looks even better in person.
