0-60 5.5, drives tighter/tauter than G35. Not a bad choice amoungst the rest.

I also really like that car. I think it's a huge step in the right direction for Nissan/Infiniti.

My only beef is that I'm not completely sold on the interior. Yes... it's light years better than the G series but the master controller button is still not right to me. It looks odd (and for me, at least it's placement on the dash is odd) but at least Nissan was smart enough to allow an over ride for important everyday functions like HVAC and radio.

Between this and the GS... there's no way in hell I'd buy a new "improved" and ugly as hell 5 series BMW. Sorry.

im sure the dvd up front only works when the car is parked. im sure this can be easily bypassed, however.

The dash is terrible, especially in wood grain.

I love the front but the rear and that wood grain dash needs some work....

That is pretty nice, but I'd still take a GS430 over it. Heck, I'd take an RL over it.

No way. I'm all for the M45. This new Infiniti sounds like its got the GS300/430 whupped. To me, it looks classier, it's more powerful, the interior is 20x better...it just all around looks like a better car. In person it also has more presence than the new GS. The new GS is an improvement over the previous one, but it's still so devoid of excitment.

The one area where the M45 is probably deficient compared to the GS is weight. The M45 I think rings in at just over 4000 pounds.

To me that dash is the crowning jewel of the M45. It takes guts to make an interior that new and fresh. Hats off to Infiniti. Now i'm interested to see what the next Q is like.
