the Si has a moonroof standard. wtf?

I go out of my way to not get a moonroof and honda makes a non-essential, luxury feature that adds weight and cuts headroom standard on it's so-called performance coupe.

I read the Si has limited headroom now I know why. hope for better luck with the next RSX...

I agree and think Honda's one size fits all approach it dated in the age of
Scions and modded cars.

Yup, I totally agree. It actually looks big enough to be comfortable compared to the older Civic sedans.

Anyone know if Acura is now planning to produce a new RSX? It seems to me this new platform should give rise to a new RSX and I'm wondering how long it will take.

I really like the rear of the new sedan/hybrid... if only they'd come out with a 5 door.

bill,

the Si should exceed an RSX-type S in every measurable area of performance.

2006 Civic Si:
2875 pounds, 197HP @ 7800rpm, 139lb-ft. @ 6200rpm

2006 Acura RSX Type S:
2840 pounds, 201HP @7800rpm, 140lb.-ft. @ 7000rpm

they both share the same transmission and ratios (and motor too, i believe).
