Default 2006 Civic/Civic Si debut?

I was wondering when the new Civic and Civic Si will debut? Will it be at the New York Auto Show or maybe Los Angeles? How about official photos? If you guys have any answers let me know. Thanks.

i know that the original Si was a hatchback and everything...but GOOD GOD can they PLEASE bring back the coupe that had such a short life in 99-00. I used to own one when i was 16 and i loved every minute of it. they are destroying the Si, with its own looks. (not to mention the 02's 2liter engine redlining at 6800!!!

ps - dont 350ci V8s (older z06) redline at around 6500?!

SWEET LOOKING CAR!

The prices listed in the article, are they in British pounds or another currency? I guess it's impossible that it's in British pounds, because those prices would be ridiculous since 1 pound = almost $2 US these days.

Its British pounds, but I don't think the prices will be the same. Even though the exchange rates are pretty bad, usually Hondas sell for a lot less in the US. Look at the prices of the S2000 in the UK (

That's simply ridiculous! It's a little more understandable for an S2000, but a Civic R would cost almost $40,000, and type S over $30,000 in Britain?
